Does it need batteries, or is it rechargeable?
It is USB-powered! It comes with an attached USB cable that you can plug into any standard phone wall adapter, power bank, laptop, or desktop monitor to keep it glowing continuously.
Can I use regular whiteboard or permanent markers on it?
We highly recommend using only the included neon liquid chalk markers. Standard whiteboard markers won’t glow under the LED light, and permanent markers can ruin the smooth acrylic surface.
Will the acrylic panel scratch easily?
Our boards are made from upgraded, high-density optical acrylic that resists light scratches. Just be sure to use soft cloths for cleaning and avoid pressing down with sharp, metallic objects to keep it crystal clear.
How do I clean and wipe the board?
Simply use a soft microfiber cloth or a damp tissue to wipe the ink away instantly. For dried-on marker designs, a tiny drop of water or a standard glass cleaner will make it look brand new without leaving any streaks.
